Once every week, I light a candle, grab my choice of body scrub, and I allow the stress from the week to simply run down the drain. Regularly engaging in acts of self-care is a great way to improve your overall mood, increase your productivity, and even boost your immune system. Because I suffer from dry, sensitive skin, my body products are made with just that in mind. Another favorite of mine, is creating art.
